Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking should be made at least 6 hours in advance.
Trip cancellation / amendment should be informed within 24 hours, otherwise 100% Cancellation Charges may apply.
Children below 3 Years of age are free of charge. Above 3 years will be charged same as adult.

Authorities and management make sure that all dhows are checked and certified fit to sail. Captains of dhows are also certified captains of cruise ships. Dhow Cruise in Dubai sail under complete supervision & a launch is always on standby in case of any emergency situation. First Aid kits, fire safety kits & life jackets are readily available on Dhow Cruise. Al though, No Such Unfortunate Event has been recorded till now.
Important Instructions!
To make your trip more comfortable and enjoyable, following are mentioned some quick tips to keep in mind:
- If it’s your first time then beware that this can be very addicting. But you will see that this is worth it.
- First of all arrive on time, Depart times are fixed, show up early to board quicker.
- Do not overweight yourself by carrying water or other drinks with you as you will have them on Dhow Cruise.
- Families are advised to take some warm clothes (Shawl). Even in hot weather, it gets chilly when sun goes down.
- Try to dress decent & comfortable. Women can wear jumpsuit, romper, dresses, top or shirt with jeans, jewelry, clutch, shoes.
- Men can wear polo shirts, tees, dress shirts, with jeans, chinos, or cotton pants.
